Rental Fee and other items:

• Rental Fees cover the basic costs of the space as well as insurance (up to $25,000).
• Rental Fees for G+ Galleries - Space A: $650, Space B: $500, Space C: $900.
• Rental rates are for 2-week exhibitions. All Rentals start from Monday and end in the evening of Sunday. Galleries open to public from Tuesday to Sunday, Monday is for installation.
• G+ handles all sales in the galleries. Any sales occurring during the exhibition period will subject to 25% sales commission.

Opening Receptions
Normally from 7 to 10 pm. Our overall planning is to organize the exhibition openings at INDEXG on the same evening so we can create more traffic for the shows.

Promotional Support
If your submission is accepted, your exhibition will be promoted through our channels. We have the most solid promotional package unattainable anywhere in the city. Click to view details of the Promotional Package.

Rental Agreement
With the confirmed exhibitions the exhibitors are obliged to sign a Rental Agreement. A 50% deposit on the rental fee is required and the balance is due 15 days prior to exhibition.
