The fresh and innovative GOOD Edition print program is now organizing a large scale GOOD Edition exhibition - The Very GOOD Show - at INDEXG (located at the Queen West gallery district of Toronto). The Exhibition will run from December 11, 2007 through January 6, 2008 (the holiday gifting season). An on-line version of the exhibition will be on view starting from October 15, showcasing works from the current GOOD Editions program as well as daily addition of new artworks uploaded to the on-line exhibition. The Very GOOD Show will be the first physical exhibition showcasing the project since the launch of GOOD Edition's beta in July 2007. The on-line exhibition will help promote your work to a world-wide audience and press. Also included in The Very GOOD Show will be the limited editions from the GE inventory. This includes works by such noted artists as Anothermountainman, Millie Chen, Henrik Drescher and Tomio Nitto, just to name a few. In addition, we always look forward to include new works by invited artists as well as artworks by new artists from open submissions. What are you waiting for? Come join us, be part of the GOOD artists circle. GOOD Edition was launched in July, 2007. It was initiated in the beginning as a promotional item for the INDEXG exhibitions. Spreading fast since its inception, the GE program has hit the art market by introducing a new habit and type of collecting: high quality work at an affordable price that stimulates people to buy without a second thought. All GE(s) are sized at 5.5x7.5 inch, in an edition of 30 prints, printed on archival material, and are sold at the flat price of $30 a piece. If you are going to join this celebratory event --The Very GOOD Show-- please bear in mind that the GOOD Edition program works in two-distinct directions: for artists who are well-known and for strong work, even if the artist is not well know or established. Before sending in your submissions, we suggest you browse these links to get a full picture of GOOD Edition. It will give you the opportunity to discern how significant you will be in this circle of talented artists as well as detailing the value you will receive as an artist (more than just selling a print). You should also consult the link in order to understand which of your material is right for submission. |
